PRODUCT INFORMATION

Oil Absorbent Pad ULTRA FILTER (oil absorbent paper) provides an effective solution for absorbing and collecting oil or oil-based liquid (fuel, lubricant oil, diesel oild,…). Oil Aborbent Pad helps to absorb spilled oil on water surface or floor and cleaning machine parts when being moved or used with oil.

The product is manufactured from 100% polypropylene with AUSTRALIA Nano technology that brings the optimal absorbency and complete water-repelling capability. The material is especially safe to use with antistatic ability that meet the requirements of fire fighting and prevention in factories, petrol stations,…

APPLICATIONS

The product is used to absorb oil spilled on floor, land, water surface and to clean machine parts when being moved or used with oil.

FEATURES

The product can be both used for oil incidents in land or water.

Optimizes the speed and amount of absorbed oil much better than other similar products. It also helps businesses to reduce storage space and to save costs for handling oil spill incidents.

Easy to be recognised and distinguished with naked eyes when absorbing oil. Absorbed oil will not leak from the pad. The pad can be squeezed out absorbed oil and reused several times.

Can absorb oil slick on water surface due to its water-repellent feature.

The Pad’s surface has small equidistant holes that helps to absorb faster compared with other normal products.

ULTRA FILTER is antistatic, which meets the fire safety requirements.

USER MANUAL

Step 1: Gently put the Oil Absorbent Pad onto the oil-spilled surface to get the maximum contact area.

Step 2: Wait for 3-5 minutes for the Pad to absorb the oil, then turn over the Pad and leave it for the same time. The product will change to a darker color once absorbing enough oil.

Step 3: Squeeze the Pad to collect the oil for reuse purpose. The product can be reused right after all the oil being squeezed out to absorb other areas.

Step 4: After handling the incident, quickly bring the used Pad to hazardous waste dump, away from heat sources or fire and water tank.

Note: Oil Absorbent Pad can be reused 3 to 5 times. We recommend to squeeze dryly and stow away the product for reusing the next time. Absorbency will be decreased about 30% after every squeeze.

Chỉ thấm hút dầu và nhiên liệu, hoàn toàn KHÔNG thấm nước nên có thể thả nổi trên mặt nước để thấm hút lớp váng dầu trên bề mặt.

Do mỗi tấm thấm dầu được làm bao gồm nhiều lớp chất liệu polypropylene được ép nhiệt với nhau bằng công nghệ sản xuất cao hiện đại nên khi cả đã thấm đẫm dầu cam đoan không bị sơn rách dù trước hay sau khi ngấm đẫm dầu.

Tấm thấm dầu ULTRA FILTER  hoàn toàn không chìm trong nước, không hút nước dưới mọi sự tác động như sóng, dòng chảy mưa hay thậm chí là ngâm hay dìm xuống nước.
