It’s important to note that personal bottle eyewash is not meant to replace the primary 15 minute eyewash equipment needed to comply with ANSI Z358.1-2014. Bottle Eyewash is great first response option to offer immediate first aid until a worker can reach a ANSI certified eyewash station. OSHA requires that an eye flush must be available within a 10 second walk from chemicals and other injurious materials.
