ULTRA FILTER oil-spill absorbent sock is mainly manufactured from Polypropylene material. Capable of absorbing and isolating up to 520L/pc depending on the type of oil. Specialized in blocking and absorbing oil spills both on land and under water. It also collects oil by absorbing it inside.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Oil Absorbent Boom provides the most optimal and economical solution for handling oil or oil-based liquid (fuel, lubricant oil, diesel oild,…) incidents due to the combination of absorbing ability and folding capability, which helps to prevent the spread of oil on land or water surface.

APPLICATIONS

Oil Absorbent Boom is used to creat a barrier to an oil spill in diffrent enviroment, especially effective in large-scale areas or for major oil spilled incidents. The product prevents the spread of oil, allows the handling more convenient and avoids environmental pollution.

FEATURES

The product can be both used for oil incidents in land or water.

Both ends of the Boom are equipped with attachment rings and clips which allow linking the Booms together.

The Boom is filled with polypropylene cotton which is completely water-repellent.

The Boom’s nonwoven cover adding with fishnet prevents the product from being worn out after use.

White color makes the Boom recognizable when absorbing oil. Absorbed oil will not leak from the Boom.

The Boom is highly durable, unable to be damaged once being preserved in standard conditions in a long time.

USER MANUAL

Step 1: Take the product out of the packaging

Step 2: Quickly lay the Booms around the oil-spilled areas to create barriers preventing the spread of oil.

Step 3: Use Oil Absorbent Pads or Pillows to aborb and collect the oil inside the Boom barriers.

Step 4: After handling the incident, quickly bring the used Booms to hazardous waste dump, away from heat sources or fire and water tank.
